1. How to buy the gown ?
We can send any gown from our collection of standard size to other cities after receiving 100% prepayment. The exception is only the length of the dress. If the skirt should be longer, please write us and we will make according to your size. If you doubt about the right size, please, contact us and we will advise you the appropriate one. You can make the fitting of the dress if needed by yourself in a tailor shop at your place.
Every single gown is handmade in our own studio in Moscow.
2. Is it possible to order the dress from the collection of another color /with another finish lace/ the dress with another type of beadwork or rhinestones/ the dress without beadwork and rhinestones?
It is possible. The color and finish lace can be discussed. The price may change, if the price of the new fabric and lace ribbon differs. Beadwork and other types of embroideries are paid separately depending on the required area and complexity.
3. How to make a purchase?
Through PayPal, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
We use PayPal for all payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
4. What about shipping?
All orders are shipped via EMS. If you are in The US, this means secure delivery within 3 weeks. If you are in Europe, the delivery time will be about 2 weeks. But don't wait till the last minute, we recommend ordering your wedding gown at least 2-3 months prior to your wedding date.
Lost Packages and Shipping Issues
Once we send an item, it is at the mercy of the carrier. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, we highly recommend it. Please email us prior to making your purchase so we can set-up a listing that includes the added cost of the shipping insurance. We do not reimburse or replace items that have been lost or damaged during shipping. Also, please take care to list a secure shipping address to avoid problems with loss and theft.
All packages may be subject to customs and any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
Please note: All sales are FINAL. All of our pieces are handmade and made-to-order. Due to this, we are unable to accommodate returns. Please take care in selecting your sizes and providing accurate measurements for custom pieces.
All of our dresses are made-to-order in standard sizes, not custom-made to your measurements. The size chart reflects body measurements, not garment measurements, and may not reflect your usual size in ready to wear clothing. Please be aware that bridal sizing is often smaller than ready-to-wear sizing. Don’t be alarmed if the size your measurements indicated is not the size you normally buy off the rack. We do offer custom sizing for an extra fee (please contact us for further information)
We are not responsible for changes in size due to weight gain or loss.
